Plan the days around the appointment

A useful plan names the visit, the city, the nights, and the person in the room. It does not start with a package price.

What to have before you ask for dates

  • The treatment, in your words, and what you think this visit is for.
  • The city, or the fact that you do not know yet.
  • The first day you can be there and the last day you must leave.
  • Reports, a medicine list, and allergies. PDFs you can actually attach.
  • Who else is coming, and who speaks to the doctor.

How a request moves

You write. We reply with questions, not a hotel link. If the visit is the wrong shape for the days you have, we say so. If a department has to confirm eligibility or a consult, that confirmation comes before anyone holds a non-refundable night. A schedule we send is a proposal: appointment windows, translation, and which district to sleep in. The hospital still has to agree to see you.

Which bill is which
Hospital or clinic feeQuoted by them. Includes only what their paper says. Complications and a second trip may be extra.
TranslationA person in the room for the visits where the plan can change. Not a full-day tour guide.
Hotel and local travelYou book, or we name a district. The point is the morning ride, not the view.
FlightsYours. Changeable is worth more than cheap if a report or a cycle can run long.
This deskPlanning and coordination. Not medicine, not a procedure, not a visa.

A medical appointment is not a visa. Enter on a status you actually qualify for, and do not plan care past the day you must leave. We do not file applications.
